RE: Resmed Airsense 10 APAP? - Dormeo - 08-10-2024 Narcil made an excellent suggestion, which is to try using the machine during the day or evening while you do something that absorbs your attention. It sounds almost as though you need to re-acclimate yourself to therapy; we may never know why that is, and yet you may be able to solve the problem. RE: Resmed Airsense 10 APAP? - daBee - 08-14-2024 I'm going to start pushing back into this. I can get an hour into this no problem, but later on it just gets not-doable. I've achieved longer times before, and even today, my AHI numbers are < 2, and often 0.0. I'm just not convinced this is what's creating the daytime sleepiness as that symptom is completely out of control, like it's endocrinology or very low blood sugar, which is measured not the issue. Just thought I'd also reiterate, I might have Narcolepsy Type 2. I've shown this type of sleeping disorder since I was a kid, before I snored like a monster. RE: Resmed Airsense 10 APAP? - Dormeo - 08-15-2024 Best of luck as you keep trying. About other causes: I know I mentioned this, but let me again mention connective-tissue diseases, a family of autoimmune diseases. There are some screening blood tests your doctor could order. RE: Resmed Airsense 10 APAP? - daBee - 08-15-2024 Is there a name for this test? |
