RE: Does Your Expensive Resmed 10 have Auto Daylight Saving Time Adjustment? - Gary K - 11-06-2022 New issue with DST. Now a year later I am trying to set the time on my Resmed 10 back one hour (fall back). Now the damn thing says I cannot set the time in the past. So it will not change the time. Anyone having this issue or know of a fix? RE: Does Your Expensive Resmed 10 have Auto Daylight Saving Time Adjustment? - RayBee - 11-06-2022 I believe the Resmed 10 keeps time from noon to noon. Think of it as a day-by-day time zone based around noon. So if you try to set it back anywhere between noon and 1 PM, I think it will refuse to do so because it will be going backward to the prior day in its own mind. I set mine back this morning around 7:30 AM and had no problem. I'd say just wait another hour or so and try it again. It has nothing to do with your therapy. Just ignore the time. RE: Does Your Expensive Resmed 10 have Auto Daylight Saving Time Adjustment? - Crimson Nape - 11-06-2022 Gary K - You will not be able to set the time backward until the time you wish to adjust backward, plus a little fudge factor, has passed. For instance, you wake up at 7:00AM, you will not be able to set the time back 1-hour until after 8:00AM (plus a few minutes). It is best to wait until at least the 2:00PM hour has passed, then adjust the time. That way you have started a new day and going back 1-hour still keeps you in the new day. Another option is to wait until just prior to going to bed and setting it before its use. - Red RE: Does Your Expensive Resmed 10 have Auto Daylight Saving Time Adjustment? - Gary K - 11-07-2022 Thanks, that worked... |
