I like the direction this is moving. Your AHI overall is not much different, but the CA events are clustered around the beginning of the night rather than through your sleep. You have notable improvements in tidal volume and minute vent and your inspiration/expiration times are now where they belong. Note insp time is longer then exp time which is normal. Flow rate looks smoother with fewer apparent arousals or peaks. Leaks are unchanged. I'd like to hear your qualitative feedback rather than just rely on the charts, but I'm guessing this is improving your sleep.

Hi, thanks for your response and your help. I am feeling a bit better, not a huge amount but definitely improving. I also understand that it can take a while for people to start feeling the benefits, I haven't been on the full face mask long enough yet I think, maybe in a month or so with the right settings I will start feeling a lot better.

I did notice my jaw was painful when waking up, I suffer from TMJD, maybe the cervical collar will help with this. I still need to record a night with it on, but I have struggled to get to sleep with it on in the past so I'm waiting for a day where I don't need to stress about getting enough sleep.

While there was some indication of positional apnea in early results, it seems to have mostly resolved. Perhaps you won't need the cervical collar, and can just focus on getting good sleep.

I am tempted to move your pressure to 8.4 due to some obstructive events at 8.0 that are now more prevalent with the addition of EPR, but I wanted your comfort feedback first.

Hi, sorry I didn't see your last two replies, I tried wearing the cervical collar last night, it made it very difficult to fall into deep sleep, I ended up taking it off at 9.40am. I will try your suggestion of 8.4 tonight, I am starting to feel better in regards to the tiredness.

Hi, please see the data from last night I put the pressure up.

I don't feel too good today but that may be because of other health problems, I feel a lot of pressure inside my head when I wake up, I suffer from chronic migraines and also TMJ disorder.

Clear improvement in OA events dropping from 3/hour to 0.38. That is impressive for just a small pressure increase. We reverse-titrated your pressure from 12 to 8 and went too far. This increase to 8.4 cleaned some things up and we need to keep an eye on maintaining that improvement.

Hi please see my data from last night, I couldn't sleep until around 3.30am, also unknowingly took my mask off at some point but then put it back on.
