I am using Windows 11 with the latest updates from Microsoft on a Dell Inspiron 7706 laptop. I use Viatom Insight Pro to export the Wellvue O2 ring data to a directory on my laptop. I then use OSCAR's import function to retrieve the data. As soon as I select the file and try to import it, OSCAR shuts down with no message. The program just closes and disappears from the desktop. This method worked fine with the previous version of OSCAR. Thanks for your help.

Just to clarify, when you are trying to import your oximeter data file into OSCAR you are using Data > Import Viatom/Wellue Data from the OSCAR menu bar?
Also, what version of O2_Insight_Pro are you using?

I am using O2 Pro version 1.8.5 and am using the import Viatom/Welllue tool under OSCAR's Data subheading. Thanks for the help.

I've just tried to import data from O2 insight Pro 1.8.6
The files are there and show up on the reports, but can't import into Oscar.
It's like the file types aren't recognised and the folder shows up empty when looking through Oscar.

The filenames are correct. The only one with some data should be the last one listed, with a file size of 35K. It should import into your September 20 CPAP's data. If it does not import, please consider sending it to be and I will look at the file. Here is my Dropbox link to upload it.

The file is fine. It imports without any problems. How are you trying to import this file? Are you using the Oximetry Wizard or the Data > Import Viatom/Wellue Data?
