Large leaks are the 1st category in the left hand side statistics (grey in color).  They will show up as grey also in you 1st large chart to the right of the page.

All leaks show up as green in about the 3rd large chart from the top on the right side of the page (the chart with the green color).

I'm very tired and sleepy throughout the day with this oscar log. what can i do to feel better?

You need to fix the leaks. They are persistently high all night, so you may not be a candidate for nasal pressure unless you can contain the pressure in your airway and not let it escape through your mouth. You can see the parts of your session after 06:30 where leaks are low, the machine provides much lower and steady pressure

Agreed, leaks are killing any hope of good therapy. Once you tackle that consistently, you ought to use ASV Auto mode so EPAP can be a range. It'll make a difference in therapy effectiveness and comfort.

Hello,

This is my last night's log. AHI and Hypopnea are very high. why?
Thanks.

Although the overall leak is down somewhat, they're still just below the large leaks threshold.

Now you have a sometimes occurring event pattern that may be pointing to Positional Apnea meaning your chin is tucking towards your chest and choking the airway.

I think you'd first need to address this positional issue with control of the chin tuck, either a flatter pillow or soft cervical collar, and then consider switching to ASV Auto to get an EPAP range to assist in treatment for the Obstructive events. Your current setup allowed for no auto adjusting for the EPAP.

Hello,

I attached two sleep logs. Either logs have the same pressure values. But AHIs and Hypopneas are different very much. This is happening frequently. What could the reason be?

RE: ASV Settings - SarcasticDave94 - 06-27-2024

In a way, it's connected to leak rates. High leaks high events, lower leaks lower events. First chart, leaks median was 10.8, 95% 24, 99% 30. Leaks there are consistently too high.

The lower leak and event chart, leaks were median 0, 95% 14.4, 99% 20.4.

Those frequent events I think are Hypopnea, and do resemble a Positional Apnea or chin tuck pattern where there's clusters of events. If I'm accurate that leaks are a factor, this means you're probably just getting treated with low leaks, and with higher leaks it reduces therapy enough to allow this frequent Hypopnea pattern.

Thanks for the response.

You think that High AHI and High Hypopnea are related to leaks whereas in the log below, even though the leaks are high but the ahi is quite low and its perfect for me. So im a little bit confused.

I'm using ASV with the default settings on Adaptive servo-ventilation (ASV) - Apnea Board Wiki

Do you think i should change the settings?

RE: ASV Settings - SarcasticDave94 - 06-27-2024

Try ASV Auto with the EPAP range 5-10. This allows EPAP to maybe help with Hypopnea. The maybe part is meaning we'll have to see the results.

High leaks can force the events to go unrecorded or misread, so low events doesn't mean high leaks aren't important. And in that other chart, I didn't say high leaks with low AHI was better than high leaks with high events. High leaks are always going to be a red flag of an issue.
