This is last night. PS was 3 - 15 despite what Sleepyhead says.
Saw the doc yesterday. He gave me a chin strap and is going to get me more masks to try. I am going to try the P10 with the chin strap in a few days.

Well, Larry, you kept the LL to under 6%. For you, that sounds like LL are well controlled, of course this is only this one night. Building a trend is still elusive, it seems. I hope the doc you saw is helping get things on track to get you better sleep therapy results.

Well, I was reading some posts and in one a fellow mentioned an article "Taming the Mirage Quattro" and said you could Google it. So I did. Now I have been using the Mirage Quattro about forever - I used it with my old machine - but have NEVER gotten it free of leaks. So I said to myself why not lets give it a try. IT WORKED!!! I got the mask free of leaks! And the Mirage Quattro is even more comfortable than it was before! Wow!
I want to tell the guy whose post it was but unfortunately I somehow lost it. I'm still going to look for it, though, because I remember the guy said that he was using a P10 but was afraid of what would happen when his hay fever hit. He said he was going to try it, but I want to make sure he does.
The answer to your question is yes, I feel a bit better, but I think if things keep going as they are, I will be fine!

Congrats on this Larry. This LL of 0.25% is a great leap forward. Now, to repeat that...Some hypopneas, but not bad. How did you feel afterwards?
