As high as I can go without getting rainout. I've been wondering what happens at a setting of 1. Does the heater cycle on and off causing the temperature to fluctuate? I'll have to figure out a way to get a temperature sensor in there so I can record the temperature while I sleep. If so, I expect they absorb moisture from the warm, moist, exhaled air after your lungs have humidified it, not inhaled air. The energy equations go the wrong way for them to absorb water from the inhaled air, unless there's a from of active transport involved. |
