RE: VAuto Journey - Gideon - 06-16-2020 I've never seen that slider and I still don't. How does it present. RE: VAuto Journey - Crimson Nape - 06-16-2020 It's on the Events tab only. How does it present. you have to click on the event tab first Fred.....and it's at the bottom of box. View size with scale 1-30 second segments RE: VAuto Journey - Sleeprider - 06-16-2020 I don't know about you Fred, but for me, there is an awful lot of flow limitation ahead of and behind that CA event. The view slider is cool, never knew about it. RE: VAuto Journey - optimalsleep - 06-16-2020 flow limitations, yeah I agree, however... It's alot more consistent than this.............. Not until the end of the session is Obstructions with the Central..... Here is one screenshot of one.. [attachment=23857] RE: VAuto Journey - Gideon - 06-17-2020 Noted SR, No real complaints though. As aggressive as I can be for tackling the Flow Limits I'd like to see some complaints at these numbers first. Besides, he is not maxing out the pressure on flow limits. I'd like to try EPAP min of 8 and see if we get an increase in obstructive events. So set EPAP min= 8 Vertically shrink your charts so you can fit Flow Limits in. RE: VAuto Journey - lbl82 - 06-17-2020 [attachment=23881] [attachment=23880] Last night my EPAP was 8 instead of 10. I got up in the middle of the night for the first time in a while. RE: VAuto Journey - lbl82 - 06-18-2020 [attachment=23908] [attachment=23907] My sleep data from last night. The last couple of nights my AHI has been about 2.5 or so. I would like to get it under 1. Any suggestions? RE: VAuto Journey - Sleeprider - 06-18-2020 Aside from the numbers, how are you feeling? The event shown above looks to be some kind of arousal or movement, and the breathing before and after is normal. We can't necessarily improve on that. I can't remember the last time I woke up after a good nights sleep and felt so well rested that I can't go back to sleep. |
