dm_0001, welcome to Apnea Board. The message is not resettable, but you should be good to go for a long time. I learned that Supplier #28 does a $200 motor replacement and calibration and resets the message. Since I got a new replacement I may send my old one in for renewal.

Thanks.

But the blower is not working. How do I get it working? I’m assuming the firmware is not on the blower but on the board which still shows 22K.

Even with the message showing, the new motor should work. My original motor continued to work over 24,000 hours and is still functional, but I have the new machine. Did you test the replacement from Amazon? Does your Vauto have power? I would return that one and just grab the one everyone else uses on Alibabba or contact Advans CPAP Repair on Monday and get an estimate. It's possible since your motor actually failed, that it took out a fuse or something.
