OA has remained low at this pressure. CA events are clustered at the beginning of the first session and at the therapy break. Overall it appears your sleep is uneventful except for an abundance of large leaks. Those are going to need work.

Thank you, what would you recommend for dealing with the large leaks? I will try adjusting the straps again tonight

Actually I did adjust the straps last night and the large leak was only for 2 minutes for last nights data. Will see how it is tonight.

Which nasal mask are you using? If you have seal leaks, try nasal pillows.

I'm using a full face mask airfit f20

Good job on updating profile. Your results have sort of settled into a moderate level of CA events, mostly clustered at the beginning and during periods of sleep transition. We have tried adjusting pressure and EPR with relatively little effect. Leaks are persistent, but below large leak levels. I don't really know what to suggest next, but your AHI was consistently lower when you were at 8.0 cm rather than your current 8.6.
