It looks like this is going to be more or less a typical and/or "normal" chart for you Larry. Very good AHI numbers overall. The LL typically shows in the beginning. You did have a cluster of H and UA around midnight.
Is there a "feeling better" trend emerging yet? Besides the cold, and any etc. that is?

I really can't tell. My cold wipes out everything. I want to eliminate the LL's eventually - I'm not sure how but probably through mask fitting.

The only thing I can suggest for now is an obvious thing. Use whichever mask gives you the best leak control and comfort. Take care of that cold, Larry.

I have zeroed in on what happened around midnight. Do you think it is positional? I notice that the pressure rises to about 25 but won't go higher even though I think it can go to 30. I wonder if I should try a cervical collar again?

Yes, I would give the collar another go Larry. Whether you do or not, you're so very close to being consistently great at the numbers side, I don't know if it will be a big change. It could change it enough to feel different on waking up though.
I have one on my wish list, even though I post Zeros quite often. If nothing else for me, it would be an experiment to see what it does.

FWIW ResMed site says the ASV has pressure range of 4-25.
