Wash the whole unit with mild soap and warm water. Let it dry completely away from direct sunlight and you are good to go.

All good suggestions Larry. Hope it helps. I took a few days off so to speak. Had a cold myself; that was a gift from the nephews last Friday.

Thank you ever so much.  Ok, I'll do that.  One of my problems is that I know how to take a selfie with my iPhone 6, but I don't know (anymore) how to transfer it to my laptop which is what I use with ApneaBoard.  Frankly, a big part of my problem is that I have a small beard and don't want to shave!  But, I'll get it all figured out and post a new message.  The stroke I had is a real pain!

Larry what you could do is use the iPhone and browse to ApneaBoard and then start a new thread and upload a selfie directly from your iPhone the attachment button should allow you to select an photograph from your phone.
Thank you.  When you click on attachments, where do you go?  Where are selfies kept?

The selfies shout be in Photos if you haven't found them yet

This is last night!  Used a Mirage Quattro, a chin strap and very small bandage on the bridge of my nose.  First time AHI was 0.00 EVER!

It took 3-months to get there and a lot of work on your part. Congrats.

Larry,
You’ve worked very hard and have come a long way.  I’m impressed how you never give up.

Enjoy that 0.0 AHI, and realize that it will change from day to day.
Good-work

Thanks to all of you!  I know this won't happen every night but it's a very good feeling to see it happen at least once!

Glad to see such a good result!
