Ramp isn't on but EPR 3 is and probably needs reduced. Best would be closer to static PAP. This OSCAR chart is a fair representation of a CA Trainwreck. I don't know what "static PAP" means. Please help. Does it mean EPR=0, and EPR is off? Thanks, RE: Please help with treatment review - Crimson Nape - 01-24-2022 The word, "static", usually refers to a fixed pressure, as opposed to a variable pressure range. RE: Please help with treatment review - DaveL - 01-24-2022 Thanks. I understand that means cpap, not apap. And without EPR? Dave RE: Please help with treatment review - Crimson Nape - 01-24-2022 Well, if you are in the APAP mode, you can always set the minimum and maximum to the same pressure, thus making it static. RE: Please help with treatment review - DaveL - 01-24-2022 Thanks Crimson Nape. RE: Please help with treatment review - SarcasticDave94 - 01-24-2022 Yes all of these maybe need to be tried to see if your CA will drop. But first try what Geer1 suggests. RE: Please help with treatment review - DaveL - 01-24-2022 Thank you. S10 settings changed. And OSCAR 1.3.1 installed. Changes: * Pmax 17 * Pmin 12 These were the recommended settings. Note: I'm confused at EPR. Geer1 didn't recommend a change. However, I've changed EPR to 1.... [If EPR should be turned off, please let me know; I'll have no trouble with that after using EPR OFF for over 30 years.] Finally, I noted that the setting for my mask was wrong in the clinician's menu. I had left it at "full face mask". CORRECTED this and CHANGED it to "nasal pillows" as ResMed says to use on the N20 box. RE: Please help with treatment review - Geer1 - 01-24-2022 I believe you were using an EPR of 3 and I see it looks like you were actually using Pmin of 14 cm. I just looked closer at your data and you were doing really good back in November. It looks like you do better at a higher pressure. Relief! - DaveL - 01-25-2022 New Oscar version My old N20 mask with medium insert (with Respironics strap low on scalp added. From Dreamwear) Taped my mouth My home made under neck pad, because it's comfortable. One washroom break. Read my results. I was afraid to go back to sleep in case I was dreaming. Geer1 - DaveL - 01-25-2022 Thanks so much! I am so relieved. You have helped so much! I don't know how to do what you want.
