Yes. But I think he was always like that. I recently ran across an old quote from one of the executives of his record company, after the guy had seen the homemade tattoos (actually jailmade) of "O-Z-Z-Y" on Ozzy's fingers: he said "That's so he can remember how to spell it."

Well, he (Ozzy) got his wish! I remember seeing him on tv and there was captioning, like he speaking a different language.

First night, fell asleep next to my ew mask last night. I think it will help better on my face.
