I was offered $900 but opted for replacement because I loved the device.

After receiving the latest email, I opted for device replacement for my DS Go.  I was happy with the machine and had also invested in the battery so the $$ just didn't make sense to me.  I called Philips to provide my Rx and they assured me that the replacement device would be an updated DS Go.  No delivery timeline.

I think this is very good news, and it makes me wonder if the DS Go's that are being returned will be refurbed and then used to replace those that elect to receive a replacement machine. I'd be okay with this...I'd rather have a travel machine (that I've already purchased the battery for) than "up to $500".

Of course, YMMV.

I wonder why the difference ($900 vs $500). Do you have the DS Go humidifier also?

My portal now says:

"We have received your device."
"Thank you for returning your affected device to Philips Respironics. We have received it and are processing your financial payment. Please check back for an update to see that your check has been issued."

How long after returning your device did you get that confirmation in the Patient Portal? I am still waiting for confirmation that they received it. Tracking shows they got it July 14.

Mine shows delivered via FedEx on Monday July 10th. Maybe give it a couple days? I will let you know as soon as it says check issued.
