Well.  Looka that!

Very happy to see how the EPR/upping minimum plays out Smile  I'll relax about the CAs until advised not to, then.
During last night I was woken from a dream. Not a nice dream at all, but a good sign that I actually had one.  If I'm going to dream, it's more likely to be during a nap - the ones I can remember, anyway.  Apparently I spent a goodly amount of time flat on my face, according to my partner.
I had no trouble getting to sleep with the higher pressure - although I did notice it - and the AHI was one of the better figures this morning.
Still RS though :/

That looks better to me, and we got the expected results to reduce H and FL. Let's leave it here for a while and if OA is a problem we may move the pressure slightly higher. These are certainly more than acceptable results and I hope they continue. The CAs are nothing. Seeing you put together over 7-hours of decent sleep is an improvement!

Yes, I'm happy with it too. Thanks for that, Lovely Smile

I believe this is my first chart without a CA.

Banana Banana Banana

Good job!

RE: Rank Newbie - Doza - 10-28-2017

It's been a month, now.

RE: Rank Newbie - Doza - 11-01-2017

It's taken over a month for either one of the cats to even come into the room when the machine's on while I'm in bed.
Early this morning, one of them (the Resmed box hog) just couldn't wait any longer for his breakfast. Not only did he do his usual sit on my chest, kneadng it and my neck (and nearly the hose!), drooling and trilling, but he was nose-butting my mask :o Seriously nosebutting and pressing the vents in the process, completely unfazed by the air. I'd still like to see that with the Swift FX vent though..
Silly cat! LOL

RE: Rank Newbie - Doza - 11-02-2017

Another hack.  Again for the Swift FX.
The brevida headsets I ordered recently, arrived.  So I grabbed my pillows from the Swift bag and got the nubs cut down to leave just the raised bits, then grabbed the hole punching thingy and made holes big enough for the Brevida clips to fit through without stretching the silicone too much.
Then I reversed the clips so no bits would stick into my face.
Then I added the headgear to the pillows.
While I haven't slept with it yet, I'm confident that the strap wraps that came with the Swift will cover those clips nicely for more comfort, as they did on the original joints.
Viola!  Happy!

RE: Rank Newbie - Doza - 11-08-2017

Well bugger.
As usual, I put my specs on to read the AHI figure when turning the machine off, and see 4.0
Whoa. That's a bit worse than usual of late.
Ok, cool. Will see how Sleepyhead explains it.
Um, nope. I forgot to put the card in, didn't I?

Go into the clinical menu and set essentials to plus then the sleep report will contain a breakdown of the events might be useful.
