I think you are going to see some variation in results. Maybe try increasing PS min to 4.4. A significant cluster of H right at 23:35, and again at 02:40, both following a therapy break may have been awake. I'd like to note that you have held onto the improved tidal volume.

This was last night. AHI 4.62, H 32, LL 34, UA 4. Raised PS min to 4.4.

Lots of leaks and clearly a worse night. I don't think the 0.4 change in PS made this difference, but your choice to keep it or reject it. I would suggest another night.

I forgot to put the memory card back so no Sleepyhead. Machine said AHI 1.8 and sleep was medium.
