RE: ResMed Airsense 11 battery backup - wiredupjax - 07-13-2022 Nope, that's it. Now, if you read some of the previous replies, you can get the DC adapter that will work with the resmed 11. It's apparently a little more efficient and allows the battery to last a little longer. Best, Jason RE: ResMed Airsense 11 battery backup - Bruce Lee - 07-14-2022 Hi You should be good for a few nights. I recently went on a camping trip with my AS11 and used an 12v air mini adapter hooked up to Jackery 1000watt solar generator and I left all setting the same as home which are as follows Pressure 12.4-14 Heated hose on 26c Humidifier on 4 Had 8.6hrs first night and Jackery power only dropped down to 76% and that was me using it to pump up air mattress and charge two iPhones and power white noise machine. Would take it out and connect 1 solar panel 100watt and it would be 100% charged before we would leave for the beach at 11am. This Jackery is a godsend with Solar panel.. it really is a game changer for me. Only negative is price but we got it on sale 20% Father’s Day deal. RE: ResMed Airsense 11 battery backup - Gelinas23 - 08-03-2022 Thank you to everyone here for your research and contributions. I have the Airsense 11 and have been doing a ton of camping as well as staying at an off-grid cabin. Using the AirMini DC/DC converter with a Jackery 300. I get 4-5 nights power with the humidifier turned off, and 2 solid nights (possibly 3 short ones) with humidifier on. Gamechanger for me. Thanks again. RE: ResMed Airsense 11 battery backup - BuffaloBob - 08-08-2022 I'm guessing your battery doesn't have a 110 v. receptacle, but it might be time to spring for one (SO expensive ) that does to future-proof your lash-up? I know it doesn't make any sense to plug your machine into the 110 v. receptacle on a battery (you changed AC to DC to AC to DC) when all you need is a DC supply. I could be wrong (been wrong before) RE: ResMed Airsense 11 battery backup - rlkeeley - 08-29-2022 Hello - I just found this post - did you ever find a battery that works for the Airsense 11? I am shopping for one now. Thanks! This looks like it might be a bit large for that. RE: ResMed Airsense 11 battery backup - wiredupjax - 08-29-2022 Ahhh, sgreed RE: ResMed Airsense 11 battery backup - mumin50 - 08-30-2022 Look on my topic about non diy setup. Is 99Wh So capable to be used on a plane. Whole thing costs 140Euro(150$). And gived me 10h of sleep and phone charge... Is 24v power bank with adapter and for a11 that cable is easy to get on Amazon ResMed AirSense 11 Cable Kit for Medistrom Pilot-24 Lite https://a.co/d/dHvP0kK And powerbank is this https://www.xtpower.de/XT-27000DC-powerbank-USB-C-QC3-DC-5-24V-en But for sure you can find other power banks capable of laptop charging... My topic http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Equipment-Off-grid-Battery-Powered-CPAP-my-new-out-of-box-cheap-setup RE: ResMed Airsense 11 battery backup - mumin50 - 08-30-2022 I looked thru forum and just realised that i was just the only one that thinked to use cheap 24v power bank and ready cable from company that produces cpap power banks. Remember you can always buy orginal battery from medistrom(350$), but in Europe it is way to expensive. (450euro medistrom vs 120euro xtpower) That power bank company that i use has also cheaper model https://www.xtpower.de/XT-20000QC3-PowerBank-modern-DC-/-USB-battery-with-20100mAh-5V-12V-to-24V If you need like 8h of sleep it should be enough. And for those that like to camp an be off-grid it can be charge from solar panel also. Or via usb-c input or via dc jack. By the way why not use 12v capable powerbank and dc-dc converter, should also work. Not perfect as eficiency will be ~50%max but for 99Wh powerbank that can be taken to plane that still be like 8h of sleep.
