RE: I'm back, tired, and hopeless. But is Bilevel the answer ?? - Sleeprider - 03-22-2024 Treatment of centrals is ideally done with the ASV, however the Aircurve 10 Vauto has a trigger sensitivity that can mitigate mild CA from CPAP or pressure support. There is a company that specializes in providing bilevel machines to international customers called CPAPspecials. You should note this company does no sales in the U.S. but operates a drop-ship service from California. We have had members in Australia, Asia and Canada purchase from them, so they do deliver devices at a significant discount, but they are not a DME and we do not include them in our supplier list. RE: I'm back, tired, and hopeless. But is Bilevel the answer ?? - weuw - 03-22-2024 Technically here in France I could have ASV or Bilevel for free with insurance, but until now they refused... Maybe in the future if I cannot find any solution I will retry to buy this kind of machine. RE: I'm back, tired, and hopeless. But is Bilevel the answer ?? - Sleeprider - 03-23-2024 I don't know of a way to treat central apnea with CPAP. This requires ASV (Aircurve Pacewave CS/ Aircurve ASV). |
