So for EPAP MIN, MAX and then Max and Min PS what would you basically recommend? 11 for max PS?

RE: Update (BiLevel) - Dread - 11-19-2023

Question. Do I keep EPAP the same but up PS MAX to 12?

RE: Update (BiLevel) - Dread - 11-19-2023

Hi, same problem last night. Woke up middle of night. Here is OSCAR data. I upped PS MAX to 12 as you mentioned. Arousal / Recovery breathing again.

Is it possible something else is fragmenting my sleep? PS increase didn’t help. I’m wondering if EPAP maybe?

RE: Update (BiLevel) - Sleeprider - 11-19-2023

Give it a try. Your guess is as good as mine.

RE: Update (BiLevel) - Dread - 11-19-2023

Gotcha. You don’t see anything weird I’m the pressure?

RE: Update (BiLevel) - Sleeprider - 11-19-2023

Dread, you are not treating CSA with the ASV, you're self-treating UARS. I told you ages ago, you should be using a Vatuo.

RE: Update (BiLevel) - Dread - 11-19-2023

Gotcha, I don’t know why my doctor moved me to asv honestly. He said it was due to the treatment emergent centrals. So I’m unsure/

RE: Update (BiLevel) - Dread - 11-19-2023

Do you think it was a bad choice of machine on the doctors part?

RE: Update (BiLevel) - Sleeprider - 11-19-2023

I'm not aware of a need for backup rate in your therapy, so I would have probably recommended differently.
