Hooking up the battery; a question. - JVinNE - 06-27-2015 So, if the power goes out, and I need to use my marine battery; which is still on green light on my gel battery tender (I will make sure to completely disconnect that before using the converter) when I hook up the ResMed cable, do I clamp it on to the battery first, then plug it in, or the opposite? It is the DC 12 volt converter cable for my Aircurve 10, ASV. Thank you. RE: Hooking up the battery; a question. - parkerdt - 06-27-2015 Clamp onto the battery first. Always go downstream from the power source to the device you are powering.
