or tell how one can put presure for example more down to get easier used to breath against presure for example

Best I can tell using Google Translate on that link, that is an ancient machine from a company bought by ResMed ten years ago. The instructions for setting the pressure are probably in a clinician/provider manual you aren't likely to get from ResMed.
Looks like you may need the Twister Remote to adjust the pressure.
