Need Portable Battery Suggestions for 3rd World - bayareacpap - 10-19-2015

I am moving to a 3rd world country in the near future so I was hoping to get some suggestions regarding which portable lithium batteries people would recommend that would work with my Resmed S9 (using converter not inverter). I was hoping to get 3-4 nights out of them so I know that I will need to take multiple batteries with me. I need to take the following issues into consideration:

1. The batteries need to be lightweight since I will be required to walk 20 miles or so into remote villages.
2. I need to bring them over on a plane so they can not be more than 10 AH/10000mAH (max according to FAA) since my understanding is that airlines are closely watching lithium battery size due to recent fires on planes (if anyone has any recent information on travel with batteries, it would be great to know).

I already have figured out a deep cycle battery solution at my home so do not need any feedback for these types of solutions.

Has anyone purchased portable lithium batteries that are specifically designed for CPAPs that they are happy with? Does anyone have any recommendations for portable computer batteries that they like that fit within the 10AH limitation? Thanks!!
