Hypopnea score - PR machine? - Mark Douglas - 11-09-2015 Any info as to how a PR 760 scores a hypopnea? Time? % reduction? What else? I have tried settings as best I can from AASM info but no joy so far. The goal is first to set a UserFlag to return same or very similar results to what the machine returns. If this can be done will validate info from a UF and then I can start to increase UF sensitivity to see how many "almost hypops" I experience. I want to build an Open EEG machine and purchase a pulse oximeter but my backlog of things to to and buy is making me reluctant to proceed with these items. Of course I know intelctually if I fix me everything else will happen sooner but I don't know it emotionally quite yet ..... I am of the opinion I ought to do better but don't know how to get there yet.
