Hello
current treatment with CPAP resmed. I'm looking rescan the 5.1 software.
an important thing, I'm french and in France we do not find this software
can you help me

Both ResScan and SleepyHead software support the S9, ResScan windows only. SH windows and Mac

Also, the current version of ResScan is 5.5, not 5.1.

I download the software but all the information is not taken into account (only the last eleven days)
what am interested in software is mainly to know the graph for leaks
Can you help me to improve this.

For some reason best known to themselves, Resmed software designers decided that we only need a limited amount of detailed information on our SD cards. After a week or 10 days they start over-writing some of the data on the card. What gets over-written when seems to vary depending on the age and model of machine. And I believe it's been fixed on the Airsense 10, though I could be wrong on that.

my S9, which is a later one, keeps 30 days data. So they improved on the one week thing for sure.

The S9 stores compliance and therapy data for up to 365 days
The S9 SD card also stores compliance and therapy data for up to 365 days (summary and statistics)
30 days of detailed data (graphs) and 7 days of high flow data

Detailed data and flow data written directly on the SD card (not stored on the S9), if the card was not in the machine while using it, detailed data is lost and not recoverable. Whenever the SD card put back, the machine write compliance and therapy data for up to 365 days on the SD card

AirSense 10 and SD card store the same data as the S9 but with the exception that the A10 SD card stores 30 days of detailed data (graphs) and 30 days of flow data (on my estimate)
