I need the password to gain access for my transcend cpcp machine.I called the company and they said i would have to go back to the place i bought it. the place i bought it said they couldn't adjust it without a new perscription.does anyone know how to get into this machine

Try what lesray1 suggested to get the password:
Email Somnetics and provide serial number for your machine. They will give you a password promptly via email.
