AHI average - jeryray - 12-22-2015
My new Respironics DreamStation BiPAP Auto with Heated Humidifier
machine has displayed an AHI over 14 days of 1.9.
Is that good?
The machine is in auto mode and varies my pressure, lower that my old fixed 14/10

The goal is to keep it below 5 which is where non-hose heads sleep.
Some strive to get it to as close to zero as possible. I believe we should strive to get a good night's sleep. If the AHI is below 5 and you are sleeping great? Bingo.
