Help in analyzing Sleepy Head data - A1BSTEG - 01-24-2016 Hi. I'm a newbie to Sleepyhead and pretty new to this forum. I have looked as best I could to find a step by step description of what each of the daily graphs produced by SH means, i.e., definition of terms (what is being measured), what is most important and why, acceptable/unacceptable (good/bad) ranges, etc. Can anyone point me to such information on the forum or elsewhere?
