Airsense 10 ambient light sensor location - EMD886 - 02-05-2016

Hi! I have an Airsense 10 autoset, and was wondering where the ambient light sensor is. Reason is the ambient light is too dim for me to see the screen clearly, so i was thinking i'd shine a light to the sensor to kick in at full brightness. Thanks!

You cannot mess around with the built-ins ambient light sensor of the AirSense 10, automatically adjust to the light condition of the bedroom
There're pro and cons, but I don't like it, step backward from the S9, if you ask me Smile

I'm not sure where the sensor is, exactly, but a flashlight on the screen works for me. I've got the same problem.

Once it bumps the brightness, it stays there for a few seconds so I'll hit it with the flashlight when I first start to turn the knob, then I can turn the light off and do what I need to do.

I think the sensor is the little plastic lens to the upper right of the display. Three seconds of my LED flashlight and the display brightened right up. Took a long time to go back off, though, even after I turned off the flashlight. Two minutes? It would be nice if the minimum brightness was adjustable.
