Airsense10 [Climate Ctrl] menu is missing - dummir - 02-14-2017
Hello!!
I'm a new user here in the forum and a new cpap user, just 1 month...
First of all, sorry for any mistake, English is not my first language.
So, I bought an 'airsense 10 autoset' with the 'climate line air' tube, since then things worked fine, but two days ago I noticed the 'Climate Ctrl' and 'Tube Temp' options just disappeared from the menus... any ideas, please?
There is only the option to change humidity level.

Check the Air hose connection. 'Climate Ctrl' and 'Tube Temp' options need to detect the heated hose
