AHI different sleepyhead and ResMed - TASmart - 05-19-2017

I made two mistakes last night (at least wrt to CPAP). First, I forgot to change the mask type setting after I changed my mask from Pillow to Nasal after I changed my mask, and secondly, I forgot to insert my SD card into the ResMed. After I got up this AM, checked on the machine and my AHI was reported on the screen to be 5.4. Not so good but OK. Put my card into the machine downloaded the summary data, read the card, and checked out Sleepyhead. AHI reported as .71. Since I track my AHI and other sleep parameters, which one should I record? Of course, I like the sleepyhead one better, but I have a nagging suspicion that ReMEd knows what they are doing. But that mask setting gives me a logical out.

I'm not sure what could have happened. But if I was you, I would use the data from the SD card for Sleepyhead. Indeed, I don't see that you have any choice in the matter.
