Anyone know if there is a book that is easy reading for sleep apnea that helps you understand what is going on and explains the terminology for people like myself.

I,m not aware of a dummy and beside its a wide specialty even for doctors
Search, read and then ask specific questions that matters to you ... we don,t need to know everything
