Article: How to read a sleep study - HalfAsleep - 08-25-2017

I was looking up something entirely different, and serendipitously came upon this article with guide to reading sleep studies. Via NIH, peer-reviewed. It's even understandable!

"How to interpret the results of a sleep study"

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4246141/

FYI I added a space in the link. That's board protocol, correct?

Your post count is high enough for you to post links normally.  That rule is to help guard against spammers.   Additionally, the url you listed is fine since it has no commercial ties.

Your link is fine, I removed the space.

When we request a space be inserted in a link,  it is to assist a new person (who hasn't accumulated the required post count) to be able to post their #SleepyHead data here for review.

Informational Links are allowed (which yours is). Commercial Links are "not" allowed.
