Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - mogulman - 08-26-2017 I have the newest version of Sleepyhead and a CMS50F (3.9 firmware) Oximeter. I start my Resmed Autosense 10 autoset, and then Oximeter Record within 1-2 minutes of each other. Also stop them at the same time. Clocks on both devices set to the same time. Import using device clocks rather than match (that doesn't seem to work either because of a timezone issue). This is what I see. Comparing SPo2 Assistant vs Sleephead, you can see that the SPO2/Pulse reading in Sleepyhead is stretched over an extra 51 minutes. Not sure why. Resmed is saying ending at 6:08. Sleepyhead says Oximeter ending at 6:59. SPo2 Assistant has it correctly. Here are both overlapped showing the problem. RE: Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - mogulman - 08-26-2017 It seems like importing the SpO2 file from SpO2 Assistant works correctly. The direct import is what is failing. Here is an image with the SpO2 file imported. RE: Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - pholynyk - 08-26-2017 Mogulman, can you PM me the original screenshot files from your first post, please? I would like to do a more detailed comparison of the data than I can using my display. I am trying to see if the stretching is proportional over the whole time, or if there are some other problems. In particular, I see two areas that seem to have repeated data, around 2:30 and 6:00 in the direct import screen. And those don't show up in the file import screen, I see. I do have a CMS-50F, so I should be able to duplicate this problem with added debugging code, and perhaps solve the problem. I the meanwhile, I guess we will have to use the SpO2 Assistant to create files to import into SleepyHead. I do have a Windows laptop, but Mac users are out of luck for the moment. RE: Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - mogulman - 08-26-2017 Ok. Send in a minute. If you need me to expand a certain area or get a log, I can do that too. RE: Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - pholynyk - 08-26-2017 What you sent is perfect. It's a great starting point for the investigation. I'll keep everybody posted. RE: Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - Thomas M - 04-19-2018 Hello, Is there anything new on this topic? Behause I have exactly the same problem with the direct CMS-50F Import and the incorrect session length. Best regards Thomas RE: Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - Crimson Nape - 04-19-2018 Hi Thomas M! - To save time typing and making typos, here is a link to your problem: http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-CMS50-SpO2?pid=249647#pid249647 RE: Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - Thomas M - 04-19-2018 Hi Crimson Nape, thank you for the welcome and the link! I knew of the file import but would like to know if there is a fix on the way for the direct import in one of the next updates of the SleepyHead software. But thanks again for the answer! Best regards Thomas RE: Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - Crimson Nape - 04-19-2018 There is a SH update being worked on as I write this. The release date is unknown at this time. Hopefully this bug fix will be in it. RE: Sleepyhead Oximeter import bug - CMS50F 3.9 - Thomas M - 04-19-2018 Thank you for the Info! Thomas |
