Solution To Sores In My Scalp - Schnauzers 5 - 10-06-2012
You may remember me telling y'all about the sores in my scalp and that many were where the headgear straps are. I got a new headgear and did not even wash it at all and started using WEN shampoo conditioner that is different than other shampoos and has no lather or typical chemicals. My scalp is clear and my hair is thicker and fuller. It is not cheap at all but works very well. I think it is mostly the chemicals in other shampoos I react to. I still use gel and hair spray and thermal spray with a curling iron, but my scalp is fine. My hair is still thick but has scars and thinner areas that will probably never grow back from folical damage. I get the shampoo from QVC although there are infomercials that sell it too. I won't let my hairdresser use her shampoo. I guess when I wash my headgear I will use the shampoo or vinegar.
