EncorePro 2.2 [no data available on Dreamstation Auto SV?] - RLSdss - 10-11-2017

I have EncorePro 2.2 installed but when I try to read data off the chip it says "no data" available. How do I access the data. I'm a new user.

You are using the most difficult software alternative. Give the free #Sleepyhead a try and you can verify your data with that. Have you viewed the files on the SD card?

RE: EncorePro 22 - RLSdss - 10-11-2017

Yes. the folder is called P-Series . Sleepyhead will not work with my machine.: Resprionics Dreamstation Auto SV

The P-series directory does contain the data. I have not tried to upload Auto SV data to EncorePro, so I'm not going to be much help. What are your complete settings, and what are you seeing in terms of events on the machine?

Your machine should upload summary data to encore pro II though no detail data. Check your SD card and make sure it's not locked.

1st post here and I apologizze in advance for not setting my profile info up yet.
I too have a Dreamstation AVS auto. Tonight will be my 6th night using; happy to say know problems wearing the mask.
I did discover the water in the tube and being woken up in mid night. I now know to get a heated hose or turn the humidifier down.

So I downloaded the encore Pro too and it does give a fail message when utilizing the utility to prepare the card....
So I take it the card must be unlocked. I have been leery to do that as there are warnings all over the place on Sleepyhead anyway I thought saying not
to unlock the card as data gets written to it. I guess this data might interfere when the DME or doc tries to get the data they need?? Or at the least they can tell a patient is "tinkering".

I guess my question is...what are the ramifications of unlocking the card to use it with this software....?

Hoping Sleephead develops something soon because as I understand Encore Pro does not return that much more info over dreammapper....

The only machine affected by an unlocked card is the Resmed S9. You can leave your card unlocked at all times when using it to transfer data. The Sleepyhead and other warnings are outdated, and do not apply to your machine.
