What does an arousal look like on a SleepyHead chart? - HalfAsleep - 10-15-2017

The title pretty much says it. What does an arousal look like on a Sleepy Head chart? Does it mean that you're waking up all the way? Or just out of a healthy sleep groove?

Good morning!

Just look at your morning waking chart. You will immediately see when you woke up. If there are any extracurricular activities those might show as well (edited for Walla). Arousal during the night are not much different. For me, it looks like this, but as you know we're all different (I'm a little surprised at the flow limit I see here, but abrupt change in breathing pattern, leaks fixed etc):
