Question for Dreamstation Auto machine users - JJJ - 03-27-2018 I acquired a Dreamstation Auto CPAP on March 23, 2018 and (as a long-time PAPPER) I immediately opened SleepyHead to see my data. Of course, I was using an old version of SleepyHead, so I upgraded to the latest Beta 2. But SleepyHead still couldn't see my data. After a day or two messing around I finally discovered (from Mark Watkins, the developer) that apparently Respironics has changed the data format and SleepyHead cannot read it until he has time to write a patch. At the time I got my machine I was under the impression (from posts on AB) that the latest version of SleepyHead could read the data from the Dreamstation Auto. Apparently that information was out of date. What I would like to know from other Dreamstation Auto users is if your version of SleepyHead can read the data from your machine and, if so, which version of SleepyHead do you have and what is the manufacture date of your Dreamstation Auto? Hopefully we can get enough feedback to pin down the manufacture date when Respironics changed the data format. Edit: I should have added this in my original post: On the bottom it says that my machine was manufactured 2018-1-29 and is Rev00. And on the screens it says that the software is revision 1.14.1. RE: Question for Dreamstation Auto machine users - Walla Walla - 03-27-2018 Ref: your your question here. http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Questions-re-Dreamstation-and-Airsense You can add that the AirSense 10 can be used with SleepyHead. RE: Question for Dreamstation Auto machine users - DreamBreather - 03-28-2018 I acquired my DreamStation (Auto) the day before you (March 22, 2018) and haven't had any problems with the Sleepyhead Data. It's running version 1.0.0 beta 2.2 and my machine was manufactured 2.19.2018 (according to the date on the bottom). Hope you find a resolution soon. RE: Question for Dreamstation Auto machine users - EddieR - 03-28-2018 Mine is manufactured Nov 2017 and has firmware version 1.1.4. I have no problem with Sleepyhead. I should have added this in my first post (Note to self: Don't write posts late at night!): On the bottom of my machine it says that it was manufactured 2018-1-29 and is Rev00. And on the screens it says that the software is revision 1.14.1. Also, I have uploaded my data to Jedimark and he confirmed that Respironics changed the data format and current versions of SleepyHead will not be able to grok it until he has time to write a patch for data format. He's currently working on another machine, so no predictions on when it will happen. Your information was extremely helpful, because it now appears that the change to the new format happened between manufacturing date 2018-2-19 (your machine) and 2018-1-29 (my machine). That narrows it down a lot! RE: Question for Dreamstation Auto machine users - DreamBreather - 03-28-2018 Glad I could help!!! RE: Question for Dreamstation Auto machine users - Sleeprider - 03-28-2018 JJJ, I grabbed your data off the Discord server the other day. It loads and views just fine in Sleepyhead 1.0. Beta 2 Windows. Mark is working on some other issues as there are some code changes in the new machines. We may have to review other Philips machines as well. RE: Question for Dreamstation Auto machine users - Sleeprider - 03-28-2018 FWIW, it looks like you might need some higher pressure or a soft cervical collar. Events are obstructive and slightly clustered. It might be interesting to take a closer look at those flow rates where the bottom looks cut-off... Looks like expiratory mouth breathing! RE: Question for Dreamstation Auto machine users - JJJ - 03-28-2018 Sleeprider, Thanks for downloading my data and that you could see it in the Windows version. Just now I installed SleepyHead 1.0 Beta 2 on XP (the latest version of Windows that I have) and I can't get it to run. There is an error message that says it can't find entry point vsprintf_s in msvcrt.dll. If I click on OK on the error message popup (the only button) then the regular SleepyHead login window appears, but if I try to log in it crashes. I put this information on Discord also. RE: Question for Dreamstation Auto machine users - Crimson Nape - 03-29-2018 You may be using an earlier version of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable library. I believe that the latest version of SleepyHead uses the 2015 version. Since you're using XP, Here is the link to the 32 bit version: https://download.microsoft.com/download/9/3/F/93FCF1E7-E6A4-478B-96E7-D4B285925B00/vc_redist.x86.exe I hope this fixes your problem. |
