Problem trying to use Transcend software - John1121 - 04-21-2018 Trying to use Sommenex Transcend software. Keeps telling me "device not connected". Using Windows 10, USB cable supplied. In the meantime, take a look at this post in the Private Files & Links forum: http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Somnetics-Software-for-Transcend-CPAP-System In that post is a link to the Somnetics website page for the software, and there's both a User Manual and a Clinician Manual for the software-- those may provide some insight for you (not sure). Also, make sure you've downloaded the correct software package... one is for the USA and the other for outside the USA. |
