Problem trying to use Transcend software - John1121 - 04-21-2018

Trying to use Sommenex Transcend software. Keeps telling me "device not connected". Using Windows 10, USB cable supplied. Sure there is power as the motor starts up when I push the power button. Ideas?

In that post is a link to the Somnetics website page for the software, and there's both a User Manual and a Clinician Manual for the software-- those may provide some insight for you (not sure).

Also, make sure you've downloaded the correct software package... one is for the USA and the other for outside the USA.
