i i just got a resmed air curve10 vauto and sleepy head freezes everytime i try to upload data
can someone give me another software and where i can get it from

SleepyHead is the go to software. Depending on the amount of data it can take awhile. The only other software is ResScan. You may request a download link to it in the Members Private Area - Files and Link section. You didn't mention what operating system you are using. ResScan only operates on a Windows platform.

yea i tried using sleepy head with my cpap sdcard it works
with my bipap it wont read it freezes at 97% of the upload
im using windows vista

I've had it take as much as 5 or more minutes to complete reading my SD card, especially on my Windows i5 machine - it's a bit fasted on my older, slower Linux box... but it can take quite a while. I went off to have my coffee, and when I finished the coffee, the upload had finished too.

mine says not responding at 97% let me give it a try to wait 5 to 10 minutes
