Pressure Difference Effects Hearing? - rdv3773 - 09-17-2018 The eustachian tube equalizes the pressure on both sides of the eardrum. Could the use of a CPAP effect hearing by forcing an unequal pressure inside the ear? My ears are constantly ringing in the morning after using my CPAP. RE: Pressure Difference Effects Hearing? - PaulaO2 - 09-17-2018 It can, yes. If you've just started using a CPAP, it should clear up soon. If not, talk to your GP about sending you to an ENT for a checkup. Could also not be related to CPAP, just that you are noticing it now. Another reason to see your GP and/or ENT. |
