I am having trouble getting Encore Basic working - does anyone know of a user guide?

Thanks - I have now successfully downloaded some data.
It is only two pages - is that right? Although it seems to show the most important info.
I got much more with Encore {to bit I guess it stands to reason that Basic means basic?!
Just wanted to check I am doing this right.
btw if I were to download Encore Pro on the same machine would it work. or would there be a conflict?
I do not want t mess up what I do have, now that I have finally got EP working.
