Eliminating calendar in OSCAR [solution in posts #2 & 4] - LarryRapp - 05-01-2019

I have an Apple MacBook Pro with OS-X 10.14.4.  I recently changed from Sleepyhead to Oscar 1.01.  I used to be a programmer but had a stroke and forgot just about everything!  I would like to eliminate the calendar in the upper right but when I click on the dot, nothing happens.  The cursor is not an arrow.  Please help!

Hi Larry - The dot you want to click on is the triangle in the upper left corner of the calendar. When your mouse is close you will see the tool tip shown in the picture below: Click on the picture to see it larger...

Thank you!  Do you perhaps know how to get rid of the Navigation thing on the right?  I'd like to get rid of that, too!

There are two ways to get rid of the right panel: Click on the View Menu, and at the bottom, click on 'Right Sidebar'
Or hit the F10 key to toggle it on or off.

By the way, you can also use F9 to toggle the calendar - or the menu entry... (I'd forgotten that)

Thank you so much for all!
