Humidity and hose temperature question - Ticman1 - 05-10-2019 At this time of year what is the correct humidity setting and hose temperature. Thanks AirSense auto 10 Thanks RE: Humidity and hose temperature question - Crimson Nape - 05-10-2019 There isn't a global setting. Each person is different. The answer is, use the setting that you find the most comfortable. RE: Humidity and hose temperature question - Ticman1 - 05-10-2019 Thank you. I had humidity settings at 4 and temp at 80. I was using ResMed N20. It was fine but I only used half of water in water chamber Changed to test the ResMed N30i and lowered setting to 2 and temp 78. Used almost all water. Did like the new mask and will try it for a week Was comfortable with settings May play around with humanity and temp to see if I feel any positive changes Thanks again RE: Humidity and hose temperature question - Carefree Eileen - 05-14-2019 My outcomes have been good with less than 1 episode per hour but recently I have been going thru all the water in the humidifier within 6 hours??? Any suggestions??? RE: Humidity and hose temperature question - RNeil - 05-15-2019 Higher leakage will increase water usage. If you are using all the water, it should be distilled water to avoid mineral deposits. Always always always use distilled water....I do live in desert with altitude that may contribute. RE: Humidity and hose temperature question - MitchS - 05-15-2019 !A room humidifier may help. |
