Accidental deletion of dreamstation therapy hours - charrob - 05-18-2019 While in the Dreamstation therapy mode, I accidentally reset the therapy section dealing with the 7, 14 and 30 day history of AHI, usage hours, etc. Is there a way I can retrieve or reset the historical data or will this have to be done by an RT? RE: Accidental deletion of dreamstation therapy hours - big_dave - 05-18-2019 Unfortunately, there is no way to recover the data after resetting it, either by you or by the RT. About all you can do is delay your follow-up appointment until you have 30 days of new data. Edit: If the machine has been uploading the data through a modem, the RT might be able to access the data from the cloud, but I don't know for sure. RE: Accidental deletion of dreamstation therapy hours - sheepless - 05-18-2019 while the data may be deleted from the machine, it should still show up in sleepyhead or oscar if you've been downloading data to your computer. you can provide your provider with the data in reports from SH or O or whatever reporting software philips uses similar to resmed and resscan software (dreammapper?). plus as stated in the previous post, your RT may already have daily compliance data sent by modem. RE: Accidental deletion of dreamstation therapy hours - charrob - 05-18-2019 Thanks for your help. Yes, i do download my data to Oscar every day. Also, I think my data is transmitted via modem so maybe it is stored in the cloud and the tech can retrieve it and download it to my SD card. Thanks again! |
