Nasal mask problem - larryslade66 - 07-28-2019

I have a Resmed Autosense 10.  I use a AirFit N20 nasal mask with a chin strap. Last night I had a problem I've never had before. I've had the machine since March of 2017. When I strapped the mask on and ran the Mask fit test something wasn't right. I would breathe in and when I exhaled it puffed the mask up, not letting the expelled air out. I tried a whole bunch of things. I tried a different mask and hose but it wouldn't stop puffing up when I exhaled. I used it for the night but when I put the data into the SleepyHead software this morning it read that I had no leaks. Nothing. I've always had a green line tracking the airflow. I'm waiting for a call from Verus. Hopefully they can help. Thanks

I have had the same thing happen on occasion. In my case I have found that the humidifier chamber was not completely seated. Pushing it further int the machine corrects the problem.
