Resmed S9 -> Autosense 10 power supply adapter? - fyndi - 08-30-2019 I just got my new Resmed Autosense 10 and find out that the power inlet is now different than S9. I have my old Resmed S9 12 DC-DC adapter on my boat and I would like to use it, not buying a new one just for the changed power inlet plug. Is there any kind of adapter, so I could use my old 12V power source? Or does anybody know the pinouts? I have Dell laptop and the power inlet plug fits perfectly to Autosense 10, but voltage is different and it won't work. RE: Resmed S9 -> Autosense 10 power supply adapter? - jaswilliams - 08-30-2019 I am not aware of one sorry RE: Resmed S9 -> Autosense 10 power supply adapter? - RNeil - 08-30-2019 Maybe you could measure the voltage at the pins. RE: Resmed S9 -> Autosense 10 power supply adapter? - Sleepster - 08-30-2019 In addition to getting the voltage right, there is a third conductor that carries a proprietary signal. A few years back we had a thread on how to defeat that scheme, but it was for the S9. You could use the S9 when you're on your boat, and the A10 when you're home. It will save you the trouble of having to take transfer your CPAP machine back and forth from your home to your boat. My A10 never leaves my bedside table. When I travel I take my older S9 with me. |
