Somnopose data in OSCAR (time shift) - georgelewisray - 08-30-2019 Problem: Somnopose data is time shifted when into OSCAR. The shift amount corresponds to my time zone EDT (-5 hours from Greenwich). I am using Somnopose to: (a) track sleep position and then (b) import the data into OCSAR This same problem was experienced with Sleepyhead but at the time I was feeling much better and did not pursue it and put Somnopose aside. Since then I have had a big relapse into super fatigue and will be upgrading to a BiLEVEL any day now. This motivates me to pursue the possibility of positional factors. The developer of Somnopose is said to be available and responsive but I have decided to ask the question here first. The local time is included in the data file so time zone is being accounted for at some level. Zero for an upright position (e.g., user standing), 90 for a horizonal position (user lying down), 180 for the unlikely upside-down situation. It is likely that it is the same problem the oximetry data had, so I will look into that and get it fixed for the next release. Thanks for letting us know. Added to Mantis - Issue #190 |
