Hi guys. I have CoughAssist E70. Where i can found firmware? I want add russian language to it

I was unfamiliar with that machine and had to do a search for it. You might try contacting Philips and see if they may be interested in you providing a translation for them. The worst that can happen is they say, "No".

I am guessing you have a neuromuscular disease. Maybe ask your clinic if you go to one.
