Hello friends, I hope you can help me, I want to report a vpap iii resmed.
the problem is that it does not download information, I have the 9-pin cable. RS232 Z-TEK
It is USB to 9 pin [attachment=17501]

I connect it directly and it does nothing even the program recognizes it. RESCAN.
